to March 2013. Performed site walks with BH vendor engineers to assure

vendor location. On site duties included daily field reports, JSAs, BIC
interpretation, SOW’s, MOP’s and assurance of crew understanding/compliance
with all leasing and construction documentation for construction of
equipment. Equipment installs included AT&T Ciena, Century Link
Purcell, NEMA cabinets and Windstream Cube. Material installs included
underground conduit with mule tape from fiber provider location/MMP to

cabinets/equipment. Worked as tiger team lead to perform cleanup of site
quality for handoff to carrier. Assisted with site acquisition and engineering
of site delivery from BH provider to carrier location. Major Accomplishment:
lead of only installation crew ever under direct contract to NSORO.
